At Bharat Utkarsh Mahayagya, we deeply value the contributions of all our donors, supporters, and well-wishers. As a non-profit, community-driven organization engaged in social and cultural service activities, donations and contributions made to us are utilized immediately for ongoing programs, welfare, and community initiatives.
All donations made to Bharat Utkarsh Mahayagya are non-refundable once processed.
Donors are encouraged to double-check the amount, purpose, and mode of donation before finalizing the payment.
If you have registered for an event or activity organized by us and are unable to attend, please inform us at least 7 days in advance.
Event fees, if applicable, may be partially refundable (after deducting administrative costs). Final discretion lies with the management.
In case of duplicate transactions or technical payment errors, please contact us within 7 working days at the email provided below.
After verification, a refund will be initiated through the same mode of payment, subject to bank/payment gateway timelines.
If you believe your account or card has been misused to make a donation, please notify us immediately.
We will cooperate with payment gateways and banks to investigate such cases and, if valid, initiate a refund.
In rare cases, if an event or program is canceled by us, registered participants will be eligible for a full refund of any participation fee paid.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days depending on your bank/payment provider.
