Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Bharat Utkarsh Mahayagya, we deeply value the contributions of all our donors, supporters, and well-wishers. As a non-profit, community-driven organization engaged in social and cultural service activities, donations and contributions made to us are utilized immediately for ongoing programs, welfare, and community initiatives.


1. Donations

  • All donations made to Bharat Utkarsh Mahayagya are non-refundable once processed.

  • Donors are encouraged to double-check the amount, purpose, and mode of donation before finalizing the payment.


2. Event Registrations

  • If you have registered for an event or activity organized by us and are unable to attend, please inform us at least 7 days in advance.

  • Event fees, if applicable, may be partially refundable (after deducting administrative costs). Final discretion lies with the management.


3. Technical Errors / Duplicate Payments

  • In case of duplicate transactions or technical payment errors, please contact us within 7 working days at the email provided below.

  • After verification, a refund will be initiated through the same mode of payment, subject to bank/payment gateway timelines.


4. Unauthorized Transactions

  • If you believe your account or card has been misused to make a donation, please notify us immediately.

  • We will cooperate with payment gateways and banks to investigate such cases and, if valid, initiate a refund.


5. Cancellation by Organization

  • In rare cases, if an event or program is canceled by us, registered participants will be eligible for a full refund of any participation fee paid.


6. Refund Timelines

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days depending on your bank/payment provider.
